You’ve got enough to do when planning an event. So when it comes to creating your bar experience, allow us to make it easy for you! We know how to do things right. We will help you plan your menu, create your shopping list, and ensure you have everything you need to create an incredible experience for your guests. On top of that, we will set everything up for you on the day of your event, so all you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy a cocktail on us!

Not only do we provide all the necessary goods and equipment needed to create an outstanding bar for you and yours, but we also offer bar upgrades and equipment rental for those with a more dynamic or demanding crowd in attendance. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ve got an extended family of vendors we partner with to ensure we always have everything you need! Pricing may vary depending on your needs, but we can assure you we will always secure the best pricing available!

Basic Package Includes

  • Full Consultation

    We know how stressful it is for most hosts to plan this particular aspect of their event, especially if they've never been behind the bar. We work with every client personally, to create a bar experience specific to their needs.

  • Bartenders Kit

    Cocktail shakers, mixing glasses, speed pourers, jiggers, muddlers, bar spoons, zesters, garnish trays, spill mats, and anything else we need to actually craft your cocktails, we provide.

  • Ice Tubs & Coolers

    Any number of 18 qt ice tubs for quick grab n' go service for beers, soft drinks, wine, and more. Coolers are also kept handy for most events to store excess ice or keep perishables fresh for the duration of your event!

  • Bar Goods

    Typical bar goods such as napkins, straws, and garnish picks are all included. We provide our own bar towels, tip jars, and anything else required for a pleasurable sipping experience!

  • Insurance

    All of our services include four different insurances: Liquor Liability, Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Worker's Compensation. COI's are available for your venue upon request!

  • Menu Design

    We provide a professionally designed and printed 24x18 menu. Menu's are mounted and printed with a high gloss finish to preserve the look and feel of your print! An easel is included for easy display, and the menu is yours to keep and cherish!

  • Garnishes

    We provide all the staple garnishments, as well as high craft items to create beautiful and sophisticated presentations for you and yours! This can include edible gold, skeleton leaves, edible florals and other items. but varies per menu!

  • Mixers

    We provide all your mixers, soft drinks and juices for your event. This includes homemade simple syrups, purees, or other specialty items needed to craft cocktails specific to your menu!

  • Ice Delivery

    We provide all of your ice for the bar service, including specialty ice (blocks, rose molds, etc) to ensure everything stays chilled and cocktails are crisp and cold throughout your event!

    We provide high quality, ultra clear disposable drinkware as a part of the package. However, glassware upgrades are certainly worth the investment if you drink with your eyes as much as we do! Please inquire about upgrades!

    Stainless Steel Quad Jockey Box can be utilized as single, double, triple or quad. Equipped with a 10 lb Co2 tank, all lines, couplers, and protection plan. Please note a Jockey Box is REQUIRED for use of kegs.

    Includes three dispensers and hydration options for your guests for the entirely of your event. You are welcome to choose 3: Organic Lemonade, Sweetened Iced Tea, Water, Infused Water. Infused Waters include: Cucumber Mint, Cucumber Strawberry, Strawberry Mint, Strawberry Basil, Watermelon Basil, and Blueberry Orange. ALSO INCLUDES caffeinated coffee and assorted hot teas, accompanied by sweeteners, creamers, honey, cups, lids, stir sticks.
